生番薯榴蓮不要丟!放進Air Fryer後口感變冰淇淋!?

What?生番薯榴蓮拿去炸更美味!

遇到未熟的榴槤,因為肉質偏硬,大家都會不會想吃,但有網友發現,把這些生番薯的榴蓮拿去炸之後,口感竟然變栗子或雪糕的感覺!

把榴槤包牛油紙放進氣炸鍋,用攝氏180度氣炸約8分鐘。試過的人稱,炸後果肉由又白又硬變成熟透的黃色,十分好吃!
